Frank Lebouef, a former Chelsea defender, talks about José Mourinho’s next move after being sacked from Roma.

He reveals that José Mourinho has one major ambition to fulfill in his coaching career.

The Portuguese professional football manager and former player led the Serie A club AS Roma to the Europa League final last season after winning the Europa Conference League campaign before.

The 60-year-old manager couldn’t perform his best for the club this season. Roma is in ninth place in the Serie A table.

Mourinho has been able to coach top clubs like the Tottenham Hotspurs, Manchester United, Chelsea, and Real Madrid.

Mourinho has been able to manage nine clubs in his career; he is currently free and looking for the next club to move into.

Lebouef told ESPN FC: “I remember interviewing Mr. Mourinho when he was at Madrid or Chelsea when he came over to Los Angeles.

Lebouef speaks about how, as a Portuguese manager, his coaching career would get better at the Portuguese national team job. I think that’s going to be his goal.

“It’s tricky right now with Roberto, but I really think he can be patient and see how it goes during the Euros, and then maybe jump into the seat if he has the chance to.” Lebouef said.
