Arsenal head coach, Mikel Arteta, has reviewed the plans of the club for the January transfer window.
Arteta concluded that the club has a short list of players that they may like to sign at the window transfer. Arteta spoke to the reporters on Wednesday.
Mikel Arteta also said that the club is not ready to sell or send any of their players on loan, as they are looking forward to some quality players to build up the Gunners bench.
“At the moment, it’s very difficult. We are really short,” Arteta reports.
Arteta also admitted that there are some positions to which their squad has been exposed in their last few games. Hopefully, we’ll get players back; in what condition and when, that’s a different condition.”
“We have certain targets and ideas,” he continued. The composition of the squad in two weeks remains unknown. It’s an extremely unstable market that changes rapidly. We will always be willing to make improvements to the team if they can be achieved.
