Manchester United have revealed that Sergio Reguilon has made his return with the Spurs.
This happened after the Red Devils utilized the defender’s loan agreement’s break clause.
On deadline day in the summer, Reguilon became a member of United to provide cover for Tyrell Malacia and Luke Shaw’s injuries.
Malacia is expected back this month, and Shaw has subsequently made a comeback.
Another consideration in the choice is United’s elimination from Europe and the EFL Cup, which will further reduce Reguilon’s playing time.
Reguilon made 12 appearances in a variety of competitions when he was at United.
It is confirmed that Reguilon is now a Tottenham Hotspur player.
